I ran into a small issue while setting up my proxy and ended up stuck for a bit, which was fun, obviously.
I messaged support and, to their credit, they got back to me faster than I expected. The first reply was a little too brief to be super helpful, but once I explained the problem in more detail, they actually helped me get it sorted.

I’m giving 4 stars because it worked in the end and support was responsive. I just feel like the setup guide could’ve been clearer from the start, but apparently figuring that out is part of the experience.
